You’ll mentor and develop team members, oversee service flow and performance standards, ensure accurate cash handling, and contribute to achieving financial and operational targets. You will support smooth operational shift briefings, maintaining a strong focus on food and beverage service quality.

What we are looking for

• Supervisory experience within in a high-end restaurant 
• Strong knowledge of premium wines and exceptional service standards
• Proactive and well-organised, with meticulous attention to detail
• Flexible availability for evening dinner shifts
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
