As our Handyperson, reporting to the Property Operations Manager, offers an opportunity to work alongside over 60 Technicians and skilled Handypersons who are part of our Property Operations that are responsible for maintaining all aspects of our Sydney property.

A few of your responsibilities:    

• General maintenance, repair work and cleaning duties for furniture, fittings and equipment throughout the property
• Preventative assessments and maintenance on gaming and other equipment
• Maintaining the cleanliness of plant rooms and other Facilities Department spaces
• Assist the Maintenance Technician’s in their daily duties as required

What are we looking for:

• Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays as required)
• Previous experience in a technical, industrial building or construction environment as a trade assistant
• Effective communication skills & strong passion for team drive
• Knowledge of building services relating to their respective trade & ability to work unsupervised.
• Proven proficiency in respective trade with a passion to develop in either preferred Electric, Carpentry or Joinery
