As our Spa Supervisor, your focus will be on enhancing the guest experience while strategically developing our spa services to attract local, interstate, and international guests. You will leverage your understanding of guest needs to provide intuitive service and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and referrals.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our guests and team at The Star Gold Coast.

Please note, this is a 14-month contract.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Optimise departmental rostering to align with budgetary guidelines and maximise operational efficiency
  • Lead, support, and provide constructive feedback to the team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and manage departmental expenditure, and develop and execute business plans, including budgets and forecasts
  • Drive business growth to ensure maximum revenue is achieved
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of team members to build a high-performing team

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in leading a team with a focus on achieving business objectives
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with guests and team members
  • Strong understanding of spa operations and team management, with a strategic mindset for business development
  • Experience with POS systems and conducting stocktake to ensure accurate financial management
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and a Nationally Recognised RSA
