Join The Star Gold Coast as an Electronic Gaming Host, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our Gaming Machine area while providing a world class experience for our guests. You will help to resolve minor machine faults, perform pay outs of jackpots and assist guests with their enquiries.

What we are looking for

• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
• Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training
• Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
