Join The Star Gold Coast as a Premium Services Host, where you will deliver exceptional service across our premium gaming experiences. Leveraging a strong knowledge of the Star Club Loyalty Program, you will promote member benefits and respond to a wide range of enquiries across the property in this fast-paced, hands-on role. You’ll manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access using multiple systems, support gaming promotions and draws, promote Safer Gambling and responsible service of alcohol, and assist with VIP meet and greet experiences, all while building memorable connections with local, interstate, and international guests.

Training for this role will commence on 30th September 2026.

What we are looking for

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn casino operating systems
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
  • Currently hold, or ability to obtain a Queensland Casino Employee (CE) Licence (which includes thorough and ongoing background checks)
