As our Senior Executive Assistant, you will be reporting to our Group Chief Financial Officer assisting with diary management, scheduling and coordinating meetings and functions, filing, photocopying, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Use discretion in the absence of the Senior Executive and provide appropriate responses, advising important developments.
- Always maintain a customer focus, ensuring that customer service delivery is timely, effective and efficient and that it meets both the customer’s (internal and external) needs and corporate standards.
- Handle all queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact and refer all problems together with regular and informative feedback to the Senior Executive.
- Use discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling information administered by the Senior Executive.
- Support with budget cycle preparation, business reviews and project managing boarding meeting preparation & meeting materials
- Ability to determine and predict needs and preferences of the CEO and other Senior contacts who interact with them
- Expert scheduling
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or at least 10 years relevant experience.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office programmes
- Project experience / management in a similar role
- Ability to lead team of other administrative support staff
- Customer Service Orientation: meets internal and external customer needs, communicates expected standards of service whilst maintaining respect for sensitivity and confidentiality of issues.
- Extensive business experience with maturity of judgement and discretion.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise, and decision making and time management skills.
- Statutory requirements: Knowledge of laws as they relate to the organisation, in particular, the Casino Control Act and WH&S laws.
Work Arrangements:
This role is primarily office-based, providing on-site support to the executive. Some flexibility may be available when the executive is travelling or working off-site.
