The Senior Business Analyst, reporting to the General Manager People Operations, will apply their expertise to support the analysis, design, and implementation of changes related to enterprise agreements or other wage and condition adjustments.

A few of your responsibilities  

  • Apply data mining techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Clarify business needs, required data, and desired outcomes
  • Analyse data and assess impacts, including salary, shifts, and penalty rates
  • Provide reporting on key people metrics to inform planning and strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on priorities, effort, risks, and implementation costs
  • Identify and escalate issues and risks for resolution
  • Manage stakeholder expectations aligned with deliverables

What we are looking for 

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or related field
  • 3+ years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst in commercial or tech environments
  • Skilled in business case development and financial/cost modelling
  • Strong background in business analysis practices
  • Advanced Excel-based analytical capabilities
  • Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation and enterprise agreement processes
