The People Services Administrator role reports directly to the Group Manager People Systems & Reporting and is responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support across employee lifecycle activities. This includes managing employment agreements, employee movements, and responding to service requests with professionalism and care.

- Prepare and issue employment agreements and amendments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage updates related to separations, movements, and leave.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with contract administration.
- Facilitate the annual probity process, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- Resolve employee queries and escalate issues as required.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, WHS responsibilities, and sustainability initiatives.
- Experience in a similar HR administrative role within a complex organisation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Understanding of Australian workplace legislation related to employment agreements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high workloads and conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
