Project Manager – Transformation Office

As our Project Manager, reporting to the Program Manager Transformation or Contingent Senior Program Manager, you will play a key role in the Transformation Office, driving projects that align with The Star’s strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints, while fostering collaboration and building strong stakeholder relationships.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage projects in alignment with the Project Delivery Methodology, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Manage risks and issues effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance project delivery.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and financial summaries for steering committees and executives.
  • Ensure all administration and compliance requirements are met, including project closure activities.

What we are looking for:

  • Industry certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, or PMBoK.
  • Verifiable project management experience with a strong track record of delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail.

You are an experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects concurrently. You bring a collaborative approach to problem-solving and have the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
