As a Property Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate the team on shift, ensuring adherence to stringent safety standards, maintaining open communication with stakeholders, and driving operational excellence to achieve efficient completion of all required maintenance works.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate resource requirements during each shift to ensure business demands are met
  • Monitor the productivity of the Facilities team members through revision of Maximo reports
  • Support the Property Operations Manager in the development and implementation of business plans across The Star Gold Coast
  • Set specific performance objectives for direct reports, supervising task completion and impact on service flow

What are we looking for: 

  • Trade qualifications in Building or Maintenance (highly regarded) 
  • Experience in a facilities leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment 
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with various stakeholders 
  • Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Previous experience within a hospitality/hotel environment (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Availability to work a Monday to Friday roster
