As our Senior Project Manager Reporting to the Program Manager Transformation, you will lead high-impact initiatives across Safer Gambling, Compliance and Financial Crime Risk. You will drive complex projects, influence senior stakeholders and shape our approach to regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and responsible gambling.

A few of your responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex dependencies across various streams including risk, compliance, technology, and change embedment, ensuring seamless and strategic project delivery.
- Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive end-to-end project schedules, leading projects from initial ideation to final embedment, in coordination with Change Management.
- Lead and facilitate project planning sessions and workshops, coordinating all delivery resources to achieve strategic objectives and ensuring alignment with senior management expectations.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing advanced mitigation strategies to minimise impact and ensure project continuity at a strategic level.
- Prepare project status reports that are business outcomes focused and other reports for the steering committee, executive team, and project board as required, providing senior-level insights and updates.
We are looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience using advanced project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project (MPP) and RAID logs for managing and tracking project progress at a senior level.
- Skilled in presenting detailed delivery reports focused on scope, outcomes, MPP RAID reporting, and change management embedment, providing senior-level insights.
- Expertise in anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and fraud prevention frameworks. Previous experience working on remediation projects in highly regulated environments is advantageous.
- Proven track record in monitoring and controlling project delivery, including status reporting, financial management, and integrated change control at a senior level.
- Over 10 years of verifiable experience in project management and project management tools, demonstrating senior-level expertise.
