As the Administration Assistant for our residential towers at The Star Gold Coast, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operations of this team. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will be instrumental in ensuring seamless administrative processes, exceptional customer service, and a world-class experience for our valued guests and residents.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our guests, investors & team members.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Strata team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks
  • Liaising with tenants, guests and contractors in relation to day-to-day building matters
  • Coordination of loading dock deliveries
  • Update and maintain accurate information across a variety of databases
  • Responding to email correspondence as required
  • Provide support to the Strata and Asset Management Team

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and exceed our owners needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other operating systems (Mybos, SIHOT, Converga and Oracle)
  • Experience in a mixed-use or residential strata environment is highly desirable
