As our Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth and success of hotels and hospitality offerings at The Star Gold Coast. In this role, you will continue to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that maximise revenue while fostering long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and leisure guests.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and deliver profitable revenue
- Maintain and develop an ongoing business pipeline and key account management plan
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify markets and new business leads
- Participate in promotional, marketing, and partnership opportunities
- Work with other departments to create exceptional guest experiences and build high repeat business
What we are looking for:
- Proven business development skills coupled with a strong hospitality industry network
- Effective influencing, negotiating, and operational decision-making abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Extensive experience in sales, event planning, marketing, and networking in the hospitality or gaming industries (experience within the international market highly regarded)
