As our Senior Service Operations Analyst, reporting to the Service Operations Manager you will apply developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of assignments and tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will provide 24x7 enterprise monitoring across The Star Entertainment Group properties and key business systems, applications, and services to ensure maximum up time.

 A few of your responsibilities:

  • Successfully perform planned/scheduled tasks that are part of change requests such as:  monthly patching of servers, stopping/starting of services and troubleshooting.
  • Provide first and second level support and guidance to resolve incidents at first contact. 
  • Maintain quality standards and service level commitments according to business requirements and expectations.
  • Proactively monitor and correctly use the Service-Now tool to manage incidents, changes and requests. 

What we are looking for:

  • Strong customer service focus with a realistic viewpoint on timeframes and limitations of environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the support of high performing and highly available systems is desired.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced, dynamic work environment.
  • An IT degree is desired but not essential.

You are a driven IT professional who exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy by planning your own work to meet given objectives and processes. You have strong mentorship skills and lead by example to create a positive environment within your team. You possess a strong work ethic, understand the importance of accountability, and have super written and verbal communication skills.

Your role will be pivotal to maintaining quality standards and service level commitments according to business requirements and expectations.
