As an Front Office Supervisor you will manage and support our Front Office team while overseeing the daily operations to ensure a worldclass experience for our guests. Your experience in supporting a large and diverse team will set you up for success.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service in line with The Star's Service Culture
• Ensuring the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team
• Responding to guest feedback
• Prepare and communicate handovers for the next shift

What are we looking for:

• Previous supervisory experience in hotel or hospitality environment (advantageous but not essential)
• Knowledge in Opera System
• Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately
• Second language (e.g. Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous
• Ability to encourage a positive working relationship between the hotel teams
