Reporting to the Senior Manager CRM, the Campaign Executive will coordinate and collaborate with the marketing team, vendors and partners on the development and execution of data driven campaigns via owned channels. As an integral support to our business you will provide communication to our members, with the key objective of providing both campaign management and delivery to get results via segment strategies, and the execution capability to deploy customer interactions across direct and intermediate channels
You are able to work autonomously, have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong partner management, ability to multitask within a fast paced environment and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will be able to plan, develop and implement a number of key projects, strategies and initiatives that further drives patronage and membership.
This role will focus on leading the planning and deployment of communications via Direct Mail, Email, SMS and Push for our South East Queensland property. Ownership & management of the day to day comms calendar. Management of weekly meetings with the property teams to align and coordinate on the comms schedule. Attention to detail and ability to be process driven is also crucial with delivery via these channels.
CAPABILITIES YOU BRING
We are looking for a hands-on, fast paced professional with an appetite for new opportunities in a multifaceted and fast paced industry. Our ideal candidate will be Tertiary qualified in the fields of CRM marketing or a related subject area. You will have a broad range of experience in Loyalty or CRM roles.
Experience and solid understanding of campaign management via owned channels and digital communication deployment is crucial for the success of this role. Technical usage with software packages such as Unica, Responses, Silverpop & Salesforce will be highly regarded and previous experience in hospitality would be advantageous.
Proficient in interpreting data analysis and implementing campaign activity along with proven track record of management of the end to end delivery of CRM campaign across multiple channels will see our ideal candidate thrive in this position.
