We are looking for a Digital Employer Brand Executive experienced in creating content that shares stories reflective of employer brand. Reporting to the Group Manager Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand, this role will drive the ongoing development of marketing content, digital channels, recruitment messages and EVP. Your key focus will be the management and implementation of the Talent Acquisition Recruitment Marketing and Digital Strategy.

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

  • Deliver high quality creative content in line with Talent Acquisition and The Star EVP
  • Partner and work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition to ensure the Talent Acquisition Digital Strategy supports recruitment drives and activity
  • Plan, execute and manage organic and paid recruitment social media content for targeted Markets on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Ongoing development of the Talent Acquisition Digital channels and Careers Website to reflect external EVP
  • Build relationships with key internal partners, departments and the People Experience team to build our external narrative

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Enjoy working collaboratively and fostering relationships with multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Experience in content creation and the management of digital channels including LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram
  • Understanding recruitment practices, marketing and Employer Brand 
  • Highly skilled in communication and copywriting skills
  • Previous experience using data to assess return on investment from content campaigns
