The Darling Spa
Located on Level 2 of the hotel, The Darling Spa is one of the finest and most luxurious spas in Sydney. We are proud partners with leading international skin care brands La Prairie and Australian Botanical brand Li’Tya. The Darling Spa features 11 treatment rooms, two exclusive couples suites, a Moroccan Hammam chamber, steam room, Jacuzzi and fitness centre complete with a Kinesis wall.
Reporting to the Manager of The Darling Spa you will be responsible for making and coordinating all spa reservations via email and telephone. This role includes addressing guest’s questions and completing spa confirmations. You will also be responsible for performing administration duties, payment processing and ensuring that the spa is presented perfectly for all arriving guests, as well as providing an exceptional level of customer service.
Skills & Experience
- Advance understanding of massage, fitness & beauty services
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of spa booking software
- Previous experience in a 5 star hotel environment.
- Previous reception and/or reservations experience
- Understanding of delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in sales or retail is preferred.
- Full Australian Working Rights is essential with no restrictions.
