As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay from the moment they step into their room. This position is a physically demanding role with tight time constraints and requires a high level of attention to detail, however, is very rewarding with a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day!
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our guests throughout their stay.
A few of your responsibilities
- Meticulously clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Demonstrate attention to detail by arranging and replenishing guest room amenities, such as towels, linens, and toiletries
- Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere by ensuring rooms are inviting, well-stocked, and meet the expectations of our discerning guests
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for guests and team members alike
What are we looking for
- Previous experience in hotel cleaning or manual labour (highly desired)
- Flexible availability with weekends essential
- Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work both solo and as part of large team
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a bonus, but not essential - we’ll provide training
