Based on your experience and interest you will be placed in one of our casual or signature dining venues that include:

- Sokyo - Sydney's most popular Japanese restaurant (according to Trip Advisor, Jan 24)
- Food Quarter - all the food options for our main gaming floor
- In Room Dining - servicing our 5-star hotels
- Commissary - behind the scenes, production operation
- Fuel - Sports bar's busy food outlet
- Fat Noodle - high volume Asian dining
- Banquets & Events

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is desired
- Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operation
- The right "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques.
- Flexibility to work and commit on a rotating roster that can include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
