GROUP SALES COORDINATOR – HOSPITALITY STRATEGY COMMERCIAL

As our Group Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing high levels of administrative support to the Group Sales team. 

 

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be a key player in driving the team’s success towards achieving the Group Sales teams goals.  

 

A few of your responsibilities  

 

  • Data entry 

  • Create proposals and contracts Support with preparation for meetings including booking meeting rooms, taking and distributing meeting minutes  

  • Collate information and prepare presentations 

  • Prepare reports  

  • Prepare marketing briefs for sales collateral, tradeshows and other requirements 

  • Book travel 

  • Support preparation for travel including updating collateral on Ipads, sourcing gifts, printing collateral as required 

  • Source ideas and manage coordination and distribution of client gifts (eg for Christmas)

About you:

You are an experienced administrative professional who thrives on providing high level administrative and organisational support to a broader team. You enjoy data entry, administrative tasks, using initiative, reporting, communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients and collating information in a succinct manner.,  You have an exceptional eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
