• Kiyomi: Kiyomi is an intimate Japanese signature dining space. Featuring mouth-watering sashimi, freshly shaken cocktails encompassed with a menu created by our team of visionary Chefs, Kiyomi is one of the Gold Coast’s more talked about restaurants.
• In-Room Dining: Our In Room Dining Department service our guests at The Star Gold Coast. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor will need to be dynamic, well presented, pro-active to the needs of our guests, culturally sensitive and a real people person. In this role you will be responsible for the day–to-day smooth running of the department and effective supervision of the team.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Venue Manager to recruit and develop team members
• Ensuring RSA standards are met at all times
• Assist in leading the venue
• Ensuring all team members maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue
• Serving Food and creating and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our patrons

What are we looking for:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
• Flexible availability to suit a 24/7 roster
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
