As a Night Auditor at The Star Grand Hotel, will be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel while continuing to deliver outstanding service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the night audit process, reconciling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience.

A few of your responsibilities: 

• Conduct night audit procedures, resolve open folios, verify end-of-day tasks, and assist with audits and forecasts
• Manage all guests requests and maintain guest accounts 
• Complete check in and check out processes ensuring accuracy
• Perform and complete daily tasks in line with shift checklists 
• Respond to reservation requests in an efficient manner

What we are looking for:

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office (previous Night Audit experience highly regarded)
• Confident in issue resolution, problem solving and decision making
• Good computer skills with knowledge of property management systems (Opera highly regarded)
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across a night roster from 11pm - 7:30am
