As our Senior Executive Assistant, you will be reporting to our Group Chief Risk Officer assisting with diary management, scheduling and coordinating meetings and functions, filing, photocopying, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

A few of your responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate meetings and activities for the Group Risk Team, including calendar management, arranging catering, and arranging video conference & teleconference equipment.
Prepare departmental communications and coordinate activities (i.e. meetings, workshops, steering committees etc).
Arrange travel for the CRO and complete and submit expense reports, process invoices and track purchasing requests.
Coordinate recruitment including forms, files, equipment and welcoming new employees on commencement.
What we are looking for:
Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise work schedules
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate conflicting diaries
Experience organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong ability to manage stakeholder diaries, coordinate schedules, and keep operations running smoothly. Highly proactive and detail-oriented, you anticipate needs, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently both independently and within a team. You navigate digital tools seamlessly, ensuring effective communication and workflow. Your adaptability, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities make you an asset in any executive support role
Your role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions by ensuring stakeholders are aligned, organised, and effectively engaged.
