As our Change Manager, reporting to the Head of Change Management, you will enable projects to meet business objectives by focusing on the people and culture side of change.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be developing and executing change management plans and will enable faster adoption and proficiency of the changes impacting employees in the organisation to ensure that business results are achieved.

 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Apply change management methodologies for people impacts caused by projects and change efforts
  • Develop change management strategies and targeted change management plans including a communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan & training plan
  • Develop resistance management plans to mitigate or address points of resistance
  • Conduct change readiness assessments
  • Develop targeted change management plans including a communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching & training plan

 

What we are looking for:

  • Significant experience in change project management and CM tools is essential.
  • Industry recognised certifications including but not limited to CMI certification and CM methodology (e.g. Kotter, Adkar, PROSCI) are highly desirable.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal business customers and external providers.
  • Strong track record of change delivering line with business and project objectives
  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Human Resources, Change Management, or a related field 

 

About you:

The Change Manager must demonstrate an ‘advanced’ level of capability across all standard change management key knowledge areas including a strong focus on cultural and people change and be able to apply these to all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.

 

You are an experienced change management professional with a demonstrated history of successfully executing change management initiatives within the areas of HR transformation and cultural projects. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our ongoing Remediation Program at The Star. Join us in making a difference
