As our Campaign Analyst on a 12-month contract reporting to the Senior Campaign Analyst, you will build and execute direct marketing campaigns that engage and excite audiences and drive results for The Star Entertainment Group properties.  

 

With a deep understanding of data analysis and segmentation, you will have the ability to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will possess excellent analytical and reporting skills, utilising them to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing future strategies.  

 

A few of your responsibilities  

  • Build and execute owned campaigns via owned channel. 

  • Provide input on campaign targeting to drive improved campaign ROI. 

  • Ensure completion of pre and post campaign analysis, including measurement of ROI. 

  • Support the Senior Campaign Analyst to drive test & learn strategies to support continuous improvement. 

  • Peer to peer reviews of campaign builds. 

 

What we are looking for 

 

  • 2 years’ experience building and executing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  

  • Strong analytical mind and ability to interpret and utilise data.  

  • Ability to provide data-led recommendations for campaign targeting and segmentation.     

  • Hands on database experience in SQL essential.   

  • Proven ability to manage, prioritise and deliver multiple initiatives on time.

You are a data-driven individual whose decisions are rooted in data, with particular focus on customer insight. You enjoy working collaboratively and working across your portfolio to leverage skills and experience to deliver better outcomes.
