As the Property Operations Manager, you will effectively manage and co-ordinate all maintenance works as well as the Property Operations team for the Star Gold Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your leadership and management experience within Property Operations at The Star Gold Coast.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational functions of the Facilities operations, to achieve the department’s objectives in conjunction with division and company objectives
  • Manage the respective Supervisors to ensure preventative & corrective maintenance & repairs are programmed and scheduled through the Asset Management System
  • Review, develop and implement policies and procedures ensuring operational and quality service standards are maintained across the Facilities department.
  • Provide on-going evaluation of operating techniques, and develop and implement new methods to maximise efficiency
  • Monitor the productivity of the Facilities team members, review and discuss reports with direct reports on a monthly basis

What are we looking for:

  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering and/or facilities management
  • Previous Trade background
  • Knowledge of manpower/operating budgets.
  • Ability to communicate and implement all statutory processes.
