As a Cellarperson at The Star Gold Coast, you will ensure the cellar stores are maintained as to ensure all business operations requirements for all outlets are met.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your customer service and cellar skills at The Star Gold Coast.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Maintain a customer focus in all services, ensuring that service delivery is timely, effective and efficient and that it meets both the outlets needs and corporate standards
  • Liaise with internal and external resources to ensure that cellar and post mix supplies, availability and delivery are in accordance with business requirements. - Liaise with internal and external resources to ensure the seamless operation for the cellar store
  • Liaise with external contractors for a maintenance program for all cellar & post mix equipment - Liaise with internal and external contractors to develop and maintain a high level of product and equipment knowledge, particularly with the reticulation system.
  • Complete on-going evaluation of operating techniques and recommend new methods and ideas to the Manager to maximise efficiency.

What are we looking for:

  • 1-2 Years experience in a cellar operations or Warehouse & logistics
  • Current Forklift License
  • Understanding of inventory control (desired)
  • Strong customer service and computer skills
