As our Field Services Engineer, reporting to the Product Lead End User Technologies, you will support the Star Entertainment business through the flawless execution of specialised I.T Field Service Engineer tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will provide timely and efficient I.T service resolution for supported equipment as required.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Configuration of I.T equipment
- Re‐imaging of I.T equipment as required.
- Provide guidance and support to our end users as well as other Field Services Team Members
- Deployment of new and replacement I.T equipment
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years minimum experience in 2nd Level IT Desktop/Field Services Support
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Supporting Windows 10, 11, macOS, iOS and AndroidOS
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Supporting M365 Office Applications and Services
- Experience in basic Microsoft Intune usage.
- Experience in basic Microsoft Active Directory/Entra (formerly Azure AD) usage.
- Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair experience i.e. Laptops, Desktops

You excel under pressure, adeptly managing incidents and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality in a regulated environment.
Your role will be pivotal in maintaining quality standards and service level commitments according to business requirements and expectations.
