As the Chef de Partie in one of our busy kitchens, you will be given the responsibility of supporting our Chef de Cuisines, assisting with leading the team, while always ensuring consistency in high-quality product and service standards. Collaborating with our talented chefs, you will contribute to the creation of innovative and flavorful culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression.

As we lead into the Summer season, we are recruiting Chef de Parties in the following kitchens:

  • Conference & Events
  • Cucina Vivo
  • Garden Kitchen & Bar
  • Sovereign (our private dining room for our most valuable  guests)
  • Harvest Buffet

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in the day-to-day leadership in your kitchen
  • Follow ordering procedures to monitor and ensure our kitchens are sufficiently stocked
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen
  • Mentor and develop the Demi's, Commis' and Apprentice Chefs in the brigade

What are we looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar culinary role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Full work rights and flexible availability to suit a full time role over a 7-day roster
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, international cuisines, and food preparation methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for culinary arts and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
