The Program Manager Transformation role reports directly to the General Manager Transformation and is responsible for driving the program management objectives of the Remediation Program (program), as well as other Transformation programs aligned with business strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can take responsibility for delivering successful project results that align to the strategic objectives of Star Entertainment Group.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Accountable for the efficient and effective management of the Remediation Plan at a program level encompassing a related set of workstreams, projects and resources
- Responsible for providing expert program and project management advice, leadership, and ensuring that any risks and issues associated with the program and related projects are identified and effectively managed
- Ensure that programs and related projects achieve the required outcomes and deliverables, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of scope, time, cost and quality
- Support the GM Transformation in playing a leadership role in driving operational excellence across project delivery, program risk management, governance and reporting for the Transformation Office.
What we will be looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in project management, business, commerce, technology or equivalent work experience
- Industry recognised certifications in the practice area and related areas of domain expertise including but not limited to PMI certification and PM methodology (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBoK).
- More than 3 years verifiable experience in Program Management and more than 10 years’ verifiable experience in large scale project management and PM tools
- Experience managing relationships with internal business customers and external providers
- Experience undertaking a complex regulatory remediation project

You have a strong track record of project delivery and successfully finalise programs of work within the expectations of time and budget, without compromising on quality or scope. You ask the rights questions and anticipate the needs of stakeholders, preparing for risks and being agile to changing requirements. You excel in fast paced, dynamic environments and understand the complexities of managing programs of work and change in highly regulated industries.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our remediation plan and transforming our business to benefit our guest, team members and the wider community.
