As the Concierge at The Darling, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk ensuring a positive guest experience, playing a key role to promote The Star Sydney as a leading destination.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Supervise and add value to the activities of
all team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction
- Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures
- Ensure guest queries are handled a timely and professional manner
- Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale and teamwork
- Promoting and sharing knowledge about our beautiful City and local area ensuring our Hotel guests experience the seamless level of service they expect from a luxury hotel
What are we looking for:
- Previous experiences in hospitality or guest service supervisor / management role is desirable
- Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service
- Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar
- Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
- Flexibility to work in a fulltime capacity across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings and weekends)

You will have a motivated proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to support various tasks and a team. This is a guest facing role where you can showcase your passion for service, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for creating a 5 star experience.
