As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties from minor repairs and renovations to general maintenance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence that our guests have come to expect.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of tasks, including minor repairs, renovations, and general maintenance across our properties
  • Ensure the timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Property Operations team to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
  • Assist in the planning and execution of larger-scale maintenance and renovation projects

What are we looking for:

  • Proven experience as a handyperson, with a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical or general building maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
