As a Car Park Attendant you will provide exceptional service to our valued members and guests, while maintaining a watchful eye on our carpark surveillance system. Your key focus will be to deliver a safe and efficient carpark experience to all guests who visit our property.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Manage the Car Park Desk ensuring exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanour
  • Process payments and validate parking tickets for members, guests and team members
  • Monitor car park capacity, ensuring parking regulations are adhered to
  • Replenishment and maintenance of ticket terminals
  • Maintaining a safe and orderly carpark environment

What are we looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays
