Our Purpose

As our Investigations Officer, reporting to the Investigations Manager, you will help safeguard the integrity of our operations by conducting thorough investigations into internal and external matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly regulated industry, ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical standards while supporting the success of a world-class entertainment destination.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal investigations into employees, patrons, and operational matters, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Surveillance, Compliance, and Internal Audit to resolve disputes and maintain operational integrity.
  • Manage and maintain databases recording suspicious behaviour and investigations, providing analysis and reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Review patron applications for access to VIP private gaming areas, conducting probity searches and providing authorisations as needed.
  • Work with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and other hotels/casinos to share intelligence and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in investigations within a regulated environment, such as gaming, hospitality, or law enforcement.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to compile detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory obligations within the industry.
