As a Porter, you will be naturally confident with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests by answering all types of enquiries, handling of guest arrivals and departures, including assisting with their luggage.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Efficient and courteous handling of all guest arrivals and departures, including transport, delivery and storage of guest luggage
- Assist with guest enquiries and requests, ensuring familiarity with the property, hotels, guest rooms, restaurants, bars and casino
- Provide general information on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas

- A sound knowledge of the local area and Gold Coast events
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
