Employee Relations Advisor – Regulatory & Resolution

About the role:
As the Employee Relations Advisor, reporting to the Employee Relations Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organizations wage compliance programme, T and providing expert advice on employee and industrial relations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large compliance matters across multiple properties, contributing to a workplace environment that champions employee engagement and adherence to high standards of workplace compliance.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Work closely with the ER Specialists on wage compliance initiatives, drafting FAQs, updating payment and rectification trackers, and overseeing related compliance matters.
- Providing advice and support on employee relations and industrial relations compliance concerns and providing valuable input to the programme
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing regular reports for wage compliance matters
- Provide guidance on interpreting Enterprise Agreements and Awards as required,Maintain accurate ER systems and case management tools, ensuring that all advice, actions, and documentation are thorough, up to date, and compliant with legal obligations.
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills and an ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in HR or ER, with a solid understanding of enterprise agreements and Award interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience managing trackers and reporting.
- Prior experience in a corporate environment, particularly in compliance or governance roles.
- Ability to manage complex cases, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills.
