As our Workforce Data Specialist reporting to the Senior Workforce Analyst, you will support the Workforce Analytics team in providing data-driven insights that enhance workforce planning, efficiency, and engagement. Your work will help optimise talent strategies and align with the company’s vision of building a high-performing and adaptable workforce.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyse large and complex data sets using various analytical and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures that will roll out across the group.
  • Maintain data workforce models and data pipelines and ensure accuracy and consistency across various data sources.

What we will be looking for: 

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar within a workforce planning environment.
  • Strong analytical and data visualisation skills, with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
  • Understanding of resource planning methodologies, Enterprise Agreements & optimisation methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging and collaborating with multiple stakeholders

You are an analytical professional with expertise in workforce data analysis, labour optimisation, and compliance. Skilled in data visualisation, predictive modelling, and resource planning, to develop strategic insights and actions for operational initiatives.
