As our Senior Change Manager, reporting to the Head of Change Management, you will be responsible for enabling our Safer Gambling and Governance projects to meet their objectives by leading business associates through the process, system and behavioural changes required to successfully achieve the projects outcome.

It is a fantastic opportunity to build change capability within the organisation, reducing resistance to change and ensuring business outcomes are achieved.

 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Drive the change management activities across remediation into successful business operations, including documenting and evidencing change artefacts.
  • Build and maintain positive on-going cooperative relationships with project and business stakeholders to enhance relationships and transformation delivery.
  • Ensure people, processes and procedures are updated for future state operations, to set business up for success.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers, champions, and those who may resist the change, ensuring targeted communication and engagement efforts.
  • Support the business in driving successful performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.

 

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in change management within Compliance or Safer Gambling.
  • Proven ability to lead large scale transformation projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory change, risk management and operational resilience.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manager multiple priorities.

You are a strategic and results-driven Senior Change Manager with a strong track record of delivering transformational change in Safer Gambling and Compliance. Skilled in stakeholder management and change leadership, you excel at driving large-scale initiatives that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Your ability to navigate complex challenges, influence decision-making and implement sustainable change makes you a key driver of organisational success.

Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our change capabilities.
