As our Project Manager Reporting to the Program Manager Transformation, you will support a wide range of initiatives as they are prepared for delivery into our business. This position will focus on key initiatives to enhance our regulatory compliance framework, mitigate financial crime risks and promote responsible gambling practices.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage dependencies across various stakeholder groups to capture risk assessments, compliance requirements, technology, and change embedment to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and execution of comprehensive project schedules, overseeing projects from initial ideation to final embedment, in coordination with Change Management.
  • Facilitate and lead project planning sessions and workshops, coordinating all delivery resources to achieve set objectives.
  • Monitor and report outcome focused project progress, ensuring agility and adaptability to shifting priorities and emerging requirements.
  • Adherence to critical project timelines and business requirements, implementing governance measures to maintain schedule integrity.

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in large-scale or enterprise-wide transformation project management and a strong track record of successful business outcomes focused project delivery whilst meeting deadlines within compliance, financial crime or safer gambling within regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of AML, KYC and fraud prevention frameworks. Experienced in working with remediation projects in a highly regulated environment is advantageous.
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or an industry-recognised certification is desirable.
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and taking a collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Experience using project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project (MPP) and RAID logs to manage and track project progress.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a passion for compliance, risk and/or safer gambling and a keen eye for regulatory requirements and risk management. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at leading cross-functional projects.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that your operations align with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
