This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in payroll processing, compliance, and continuous process improvement, ensuring an efficient and high-performing workforce.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (SAP experience preferred).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About you:

You are a detail-oriented payroll professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless payroll operations, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our workforce at The Star.

What we can offer you:

  • Complimentary meals on-site daily.
  • Discounted parking and public transport options.
  • Up to 30% discounts across award-winning restaurants and accommodation.
  • Career development and training via The Star Academy.
  • An inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
  • Supportive leadership and ongoing career development opportunities.
  • Mental health and wellbeing services.
  • Paid parental leave from day one.
