The Guest Services Supervisor, reporting to the Assistant Guest Services Manager, provides an excellent opportunity to oversee the daily operations of The Star Sydney car park area while also supervising the broader Guest Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our Guest Services department.
A few of your responsibilities
- Supervise the programming of car park vouchers and validation of access cards
- Prepare rosters for the Guest Services team
- Resolve guest queries and ensure positive guest satisfaction
- Supervise team members and assist with recruitment, training and development
- Promote a guest focussed culture within your team
What we are looking for
- Exposure to a hospitality environment in a supervisory role
- Experience in customer service role
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual/multilingual advantageous
