The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager role is part of the central L&D function responsible for enterprise-wide capability. Reporting to the Group Manager Learning Design, this role offers an extraordinary opportunity, working across the Group on key enterprise-wide initiatives.
A few of your responsibilities:
- The L&D Manager will engage with key stakeholders in Risk & Compliance and across all departments to identify learning needs and lead development of key learning initiatives.
- You will be pivotal in a keystone project to redesign our core mandatory eLearning modules, which cover a range of compliance topics.
- The role will include external vendor management to support the design and maintenance of certain learning modules.
What we are looking for:
- You will need to demonstrate acute L&D acumen, strategic planning, excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with superior influencing strategies across multiple stakeholder streams.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing learning solutions that drive key business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with clear and effective communication
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360
- Experience in project planning and execution of eLearning and workshop programs
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team environment
- Confidence working across multiple projects with tight timeframes
