As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be reporting directly to Customer Experience Manager, where you will support administrative duties and implementation of strategies to reward, grow and retain existing and new business.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your administrative skills and knowledge of events to the test to drive customer engagement and visitation.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Assist the Premium Guest teams to identify and implement opportunities to grow their business and support senior leaders with the day-to-day business administrative needs
- Ensure Premium Business processes, promotional activities and events are timely and cost effective
- Work closely with our marketing events team to ensure clear communication with the Premium Guest team to increase event attendance
- Effectively manage the guest data lists and CRM platform to ensure the business is engaging with our guest database
- Provide meaningful reporting solutions to business leaders along with recommendations to the leadership team to improve business effectiveness
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience within gaming and/or administrative experience
- Competent technology skills including data base management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. You excel at managing tasks and assisting teams to explore and develop business opportunities. You are a confident and effective communicator, successfully liaising between various departments and stakeholders to enhance delivery of department objectives and goals.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Premium Guest department.
