Join our team as the Property Manager Quality Assurance Asset Management at The Star Brisbane.

 

The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.

 

This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city. The purpose of this role is to manage, monitor, update and maintain the systems monitoring the Asset-Specific Asset Management Plans. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for hospitality in Brisbane!

 

A few of your responsibilities

  • Implementation of Property Management Integrated Business Plan and Management System
  • Ontime completion of Property Management Change Program activities
  • Accurate and on time delivery of Management Reports, Analytics and Improvement Opportunities
  • Effective management of all site Property Management records and administration information
  • Effective Management of site Property Management SharePoint and Asset Management Software systems content
  • Management of internal governance processes
  • Development and coordination of Continuous Improvement programs

 

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering and/or facilities management.
  • Experience in facilities management in a large building complex.
  • Working knowledge of hotel and building facilities.
  • Knowledge of manpower/operating budgets.
  • Ability to communicate and implement all statutory processes and ability to communicate back to the business through report writing and supporting documentation.
