As our Cash Services Supervisor, reporting to the Cash Services Duty Manager, you will support the development and training of your team members whilst meeting the needs of our guests in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have experience in the gaming industry and an understanding of our business.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Verify the Main Bank inventory of cash, coin and other items of value
  • Receive cash and documentation from Casino Cashiers, change booths, count rooms, non-gaming floats and other operating areas within the property
  • Verify daily bank deposits and Fill Bank inventory of primary and other gaming chip inventories and non-gaming revenue
  • Oversee and ensure that the operation of Tico Machines (CRT) within the Private Gaming Rooms and Main Gaming Floor is in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Co-ordinate staff requirements during each shift to ensure that the demands of the business are met

What we are looking for:

  • Availability to work on a permanent full-time basis, operating in a 24/7 shift work environment
  • Previous experience within a Cash Services environment preferred
  • Previous management experience highly advantageous
  • Face to face guest service experience with a genuine interest in meeting guest needs
  • Ability to lead with integrity and great attention to detail
