Operations Supervisor (12-Month FixedTerm)– Procurement & Supply Chain

As our Operations Supervisor, reporting to the Technology & Process Manager, you will manage The Star Entertainment Procurement Operations function to enable the business to achieve agreed business requirements and outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will support the Procurement Operations processes, including pricing integrity, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of requisitions and orders to current supplier pricing and other terms
  • Provide advice and support to the business and peers on all relevant aspects of procurement processes
  • Contribute to the improvement of Procure to Pay (P2P) effectiveness through automation and collaboration
  • Provide stakeholder training to ensure compliance to procurement processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with The Star Entertainment Group Code of Conduct, procurement policies, and relevant legislation

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on process design and improvement
  • Analytical capability and ability to problem solve
  • Experience in a complex environment managing multiple duties

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in procurement or supply chain operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our procurement operations, directly supporting the business in achieving its strategic and operational goals.
