As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be reporting directly to Warehouse Operations Supervisor, where you will provide efficient and courteous administrative assistance to support the busy warehouse and loading dock operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your administrative and warehouse skills + knowledge to the test to support the operation of the Warehouse Department.

 

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Receive, reconcile and process invoices associated with the movement of stock, ensuring invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner
  • Supplier/delivery issues are documented through the correct channels ensuring internal and external stakeholders are communicated within a prompt timeframe
  • Use automated office systems to facilitate inventory control and to meet office requirements and work deadlines
  • Complete the administrative requirements of the department, and maintain inventory stock records and filing of reports, correspondence, and related material
  • Assist with regular stocktakes and inventories taken against records and assist with the investigation of discrepancies

What we are looking for: 

  • Previous administration experience in inventory control
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Availability to work full time Monday – Friday with flexibility that Saturday shifts may be required
