As our Senior Systems Analyst reporting to the Head of Corporate Technologies, you will be responsible for the continuous delivery of functionality, configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of assigned platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be working with stakeholders across the business, Product Managers & Owners to prioritise the product backlog and continuously deliver new capability to the business.

 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Organises the assessment, extension, and conclusion of new requests for development
  • Work with our internal IT team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Deliver simple enhancements to the applications and platforms using agreed methodology
  • Perform initial testing of the solution and send feedback to 3rd party vendors if required
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including Single Sign On, user security maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other platform tasks.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with SAP Success Factors, in particular EC Payoll.
  • Experience working with Human Resources, Learning & Development, Finance, GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), rostering and/or time sheeting systems.
  • 8+ years verifiable experience IT delivery and 3+ years of Platform administration
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Relevant experience on Corporate &/or Regulatory & Compliance applications, understanding how they are built and maintained.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information management or equivalent
