The Property Operations Assistant Manager reporting to the Property Operations Manager, is responsible for coordinating personnel on shift to achieve effective completion of maintenance works.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our Property Operations team.
A few of your responsibilities
- Set specific performance objectives for direct reports and supervise service flow
- Coordinate resource requirements during each shift to ensure that the business needs are met
- Support the Property Operations leadership team to provide direction regarding the operational aspects of the department
- Provide reporting on shift labour, productivity and staffing levels
- Assist with the coordination, prioritisation and scheduling of work orders
What we are looking for
- Trade certificate in construction or maintenance
- Previous experience in an environment with a high turnover of maintenance requests, such as hospitality
- Good all-around knowledge of building services
- Prior experience throughout Engineering and/or Maintenance

You will be skilled in property maintenance and enjoy working alongside a large team. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you ensure the smooth operations of our property while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
